The Chesapeake Irish Terrier Club
The Chesapeake Irish Terrier Club (CITC) is a regional breed club dedicated to the health and welfare of the Irish Terrier. Our members primarily live in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. The CITC is a very active club which will host an annual AKC specialty show weekend every Fall and 3 more Designated Specialty shows during the year, educational activities, rescues local Irish Terriers in need of new homes, and has meetings throughout the year with other activities, to name a few of our regular functions. We are open to all people who have an interest in helping support the continued growth of Irish Terriers be they pets, companions and/or show dogs – round and old.
